RAYMOND, Florence– (nee Hefferman) (June 25th, 1922 – November 8th, 2008). Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit in the presence of her loving family. Florence Raymond (nee Hefferman) aged 86 years. Predeceased by her husband Jack (1960), her parents Michael and Ellen Hefferman, sister; Rose Raymond, brothers; Frank (2002), Philip (2005) and Martin (2007), son-in-law; Robert Williams (1993) and Dan Nolan (2002). She will be sadly missed and ever remembered by her children; Frank (Marie), Leona (Mike Gorman), Richard (Ann), Patsy (Stan Lundrigan), Rachel, Ann Marie (John Glynn), Norman, Ned (Rita), David (Patricia) Ontario, and Barry, Niagara Falls, Ont. Also leaving to mourn are her 20 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren, her sister Ella in Niagara Falls, Ont., sisters–in–law; Edna, Mary and Theresa Hefferman, as well as a large number of nieces, nephews and her friends at Kenny’s Park Apartments. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Monday and Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Wednesday, November 12th, 2008 at 10 a.m. from St. Kevin’s Church, Goulds. Interment to follow at St. Kevin’s Cemetery, Goulds. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made in her memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
