At the Kings County Memorial Hospital in Montague on Monday, May 30, 2011, of Elizabeth Leona (Betty) Gariepy (nee Stewart) of Montague, age 72 years.
Beloved partner of the late Keith Collins. Loving mother of Brian, Brenda, David and Lois (Shaun) McAndrew. Cherished grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 10 great- grandchildren. Dear sister of Dot Campbell (Dick, deceased), Nan Younker (Harold), Shirley Craswell (Sam, deceased), Kathy Burris (Eddy), Irene Pelleccia (Anthony), Dale Martell (Harvey), Claude (Susan), Lynden (Cecilia) and sister-in-law Loraine Stewart. Also survived by stepmother Aleatha Stewart.
Predeceased by parents Alice (Wight) and Harry Stewart and brothers Harry and Fenton and infant sister Pearl.
Resting at Ferguson’s Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 2 p.m. Interment in the Community Park Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 7-9 p.m. only.
