Age 62 years. Passed suddenly but peacefully away on Sunday, May 29th, 2011 at the Health Sciences Centre. Predeceased by his brothers Tony John. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Teresa (nee Spry); two sons: David (Melissa), Steven (Lynda); four special grandchildren: Matthew, Chantal, Steven Jr., and Lauryn; mother, Jean Ryan (nee Short) (father Edward James, deceased); brothers: Bob (Maureen), Gary (Wanda), Terry (Jaime), Mike (Michelle); sisters: Mary (Sam Madden), Carolyn, Brenda (Gary Byrne), Charmaine (Wayne Jordan), Sandy (Frank Hutchings), aunt Rose and uncle Frank Pink; sisters-in-law: Patricia Spry, Bernadette Wiseman and Margie Spry, also his special friends at St. John’s City Council, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Tuesday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m., Wednesday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 2 p.m - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Friday, June 3rd, 2011 from Caul’s Chapel at 3 p.m. Cremation to follow.
