BOUDREAU, CÉLESTE - Céleste Boudreau, 93, wife of the late Alphée Boudreau of Manoir Pascal Poirier, Shediac and formerly of Boudreau Office passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2011 at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont University Hospital Centre, Moncton. Born in Dupuis Corner, March 27, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Edvard and Rose Landry and the adopted daughter of the late Nérée amd Cécile (Léger) Boudreau. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Claudette Boudreau of Shediac, a daughter-in-law Andréa Boudreau of Shediac; two grandsons: Réjean (Marcella) and Denis (Linda) both of Shediac; four great grandchildren: Alex, Justin, Anik and Rémi. She is also survived by several half brothers and sisters: Marie Robichaud (Fernand), Emerise Léger (Henri), Edvard (Gloria), Emery (Lorraine) and Archangela Bourque (Philippe) all of Shediac, Louis (Rita) of Grand Barachois, Charles-Yvon (Lisa) of Cap Pelé, and Angèle Mouland (Bill) of Moncton and by many nephews and nieces. Besides her husband Alphée (2005), she is also predeceased by a son Claude (2007), a grandson Guy (1979), and five brothers: Aurèle, Léonel, Napoléon, Dismas and Alfred; four half-brothers: Joseph, Ferdinand, Arsène and Aurèle and by one adopted brother Joseph Boudreau.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297). Visiting hours on Tuesday, from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, from 12:30 p.m. until time of departure at 1:20 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph R.C.
