ROBICHAUD, ARTHUR - Arthur Robichaud 80, of Moncton, passed away on Monday June 6, 2011 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre. Born on September 6, 1930 in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, NB, he grew up in the household of the late Placide and Marie-Rose (Bastarache) Robichaud. Before his retirement, Arthur was a truck driver for Canada Post. He is survived by one daughter, Paulette Estey (Paul) of Summerside; one son, Daniel of Moncton; two grandchildren: Adam and Melanie, as well as several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Rita LeBlanc (2004).
By request, there will be no visitation. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Assumption Cathedral, Moncton, on Friday June 10, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Saint-Jean-Baptiste parish cemetery in Bouctouche. In memory of Arthur, a contribution to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
