WILSON, PHYLLIS ELAINE - The passing of Phyllis Elaine Wilson, wife of the late Floyd Wilson, of Boiestown, occurred on June 10, 2011 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on July 8, 1941 in Holtville, she was a daughter of Eldon “Ned” Black and the late Isabelle (Norrad) Black. She owned and operated the Central Take Out & Diner, Boiestown, NB, where they recently celebrated their 40th anniversary. Phyllis is survived by her daughters, Faith (Glenwood) Storey of Beaver Dam, Hope (Michael) Wilson-Doyle of Miramichi and Joely (Michael) Balazs of Astle; sons, Mark (Carolyn) Wilson of New Bandon and Martin Wilson of Boiestown; nine grandchildren, Marsha and Matthew Storey, Patrick, Joelle, Connor, Jesse and Charity Wilson, Parker and Lincoln Menzies; sisters, Shirley (Merrill) Spencer of Taxis River, Florence (John) Wilson, Ellen (Brian) Gilker and Zona (Merle) Ross all of Boiestown, Ina (Greg) Pond of Porter Cove and Lana (Dale) Munn of Annapolis Royal, NS; Manley (Norma) Black of Boiestown, NB; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place at McNamee Pentecostal Assembly on Sunday, June 12, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from the church on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 2 pm with Rev. John Nickerson officiating. Interment will take place at McNamee Pentecostal Cemetery in Porter Cove. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Celiac Association or to McNamee Pentecostal Assembly. Personal condolences may be offered through www.miramichivalleyfh.com
