Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Monday, August 24, 2009, Florence A. Diamond of Whitbourne, age 94 years. Predeceased by husband John M. and daughter Judy. Leaving to mourn, one daughter Sally Tucker, Whitbourne; two grandchildren Karelyn Vickers, Whitbourne and Benson (Missy) Vickers, Eagle’s Point, Oregon, USA; two great-grandchildren: Paige Diamond Gallant, Whitbourne and Avery Lee Vickers, Eagle’s Point, Oregon, USA; also a number of other relatives and friends. Inurnment to take place at a later date at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, St. John’s. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of Noel’s Funeral Home, Carbonear.
