It is with sadness that we the family announce the peaceful passing of June Eileen Arnold, 72, resident of Ross Ferry, on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009, at her home.
Born in Sydney, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Grace (Whalen) Bonner.
June is survived by her son, Grant Bradbury and daughter-in-law, Sadie, Halifax; her daughter, Diane Bradbury, Boularderie East; grandson, Cale Bradbury, Sauble Beach, Ont.; sister, Judi Saunders, Sydney; stepchildren, Rick (Heidi) Arnold, Rhode Island, Tracey (Doug) Mutimer, California, Alyson Arnold, Rhode Island; step-grandchildren, Rob Arnold, Nate Arnold, Vanessa Burkhart, Tristan Vivian, Adam Bricault.
June was predeceased by her husband, Robert Arnold and stepdaughter, Linda.
The family would like to thank the Palliative Care, VON, and the Home Care Services for the excellent care given to our mother during her illness.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Drummond United Church, Ross Ferry, with Rev. Sean Handcock officiating.
