MARGISON, MARGARET - The death of Magaret Margison of Fredericton, NB occurred at York Manor Nursing Home on Friday, June 10th, 2011. Born in Doaktown, NB, she was the daughter of the late John and Augusta (Cobb) Mersereau and the wife of the late Merton Margison. She is survived by her nephews, Herman. George and Norris Mersereau; niece, Patsy Rogerson; special friend Elma Walton of Fredericton, NB as well as several other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband; Merton; six brothers; Perley, Reginald, Elwood, Thomas, Ralph and Roger and one sister; Gladys Cobb.
There will be no visitation by request. The funeral service will be held at the J.A. McAdam Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, June 14th, 2011 at 11:00 am. Rev. Peter Thomas will officiate. Interment will be in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery, Woodstock, NB. For those who wish, memorials tributes may be made to the CNIB or the Fredericton Emergency Shelter.
