Trenton - John Alexander McSween. On Saturday June 11, 2011, John, who was a veteran of WWII, passed away quietly at the Veterans Hospital in Pictou, NS, after a lengthy illness at the age of 89. He was predeceased by his wife Mildred (MacLeod). He was a loving father of: David, Chance Harbour Road and Brenda Skarott, Grand Bend, Ontario. He will be sadly missed by grandsons: Johnny and David McSween, Alberta; Gordon and Brian Skarott, Ontario; Victor Walker, Westville. He is also survived by his brother Laurie and sister Mary MacKenzie, both of Trenton. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. He will be cremated and a private memorial will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the SPCA in his name.
