WRIGHT
Mary Agatha Wright, beloved mother, passed away at peace with her family at her side on September 8, 2009 at the age of 89 years. She was born in New Brunswick on July 23, 1920; the daughter of Clarence and Mary Wilbur. She came to Moose Jaw in 1945 following her marriage to Edward Bryan Wright. Ed and Mary resided in Moose Jaw until 2006 when they moved to Wintergreene Estates in Regina. Here they developed many friends and enjoyed being near family. Mary was a longtime active member of the First Baptist Church, Moose Jaw. Mary's kind, loving soul, perseverance against all obstacles, her love of animals and her great love and contributions to her family and many friends will always be remembered. Mary was predeceased by her parents Clarence and Mary, her brother Douglas, her son James and her loving husband of 63 years Edward. She will be forever remembered by, and live in the hearts of her son Charles Edward (Dawn) Wright - Doha, Qatar, daughter Judy (David) Beriault - Regina, and six grandchildren Dorian (Debbie) Wright, Damara (Sam) D'Amico, Jacqui (Paul) Voisin, Heather (Sebastian) Wright, Salena (Raymond) Nameth, and Jasmine (Zach) Beriault. She is also survived by her sister Leona (Robert) Stewart - St. John, N.B., two brothers Richard (Janet) Wilbur - Hopewell Cape, N.B. and George (Ella) Wilbur - Burlington, Ontario as well as several nieces and nephews. Our special thanks to two special angels, Olive and Glenna who made mom's last days on earth filled with love and care. Following cremation, a celebration of Mary's life will be held at First Baptist Church, 1010 Main St. N., Moose Jaw on Saturday September 12, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Barry Gammie officiating. Private family memorial will take place at the Rosedale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to First Baptist Church, Canadian Cancer Society or the Saskatchewan Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
