March 24, 1936 - June 12, 2011

The family of the late Isobel Brake would like to express our deep gratitude and sincere thanks to all who helped alleviate the sorrow and sadness caused by the passing of our dear mother and wife. Though it is impossible to thank everyone individually, there are some whose kindness and support was there daily.

Our family would like to extend special thanks to the Nursing Staff, whose exceptional care cannot be adequately expressed in words, particularly the Nurses of the ICU, 4AB, and Susan Peckford. As well, we would like to thank the physicians of WHCC, especially Dr. Mackenzie, Dr. Fudge and Dr. Guirguis.

To Archdeacon Edward King, thank you for your kind words and consolation during our difficult time.

Thanks, also, to everyone who sent flowers, cards, donations, and generous gifts of food. Your thoughtfulness is, and always will be, greatly appreciated.
