With heavy hearts we the family of our beloved Michael announce his sudden passing Sunday, Sept. 6, 2009, at his residence in Sydney.
Born in Sydney Sept. 17, 1964, to parents, Peter A. Theresa (Rozicki) Briggett.
Michael is survived by brothers, Tim (Donna), Sydney, Quentin, Halifax; sisters, Diana, Mississauga, Carolyn (Bruce), Middle Sackville, N.S.; nieces, Lorraine, Theresa and Ashley; nephews, Jason, Shane and Peter. He is also survived by aunts, Mary Rozicki, Jennie MacIsaac, both of Sydney Forks, Martha Clark, North Sydney, and Maysie MacLeod, Sydney; uncles, Murdock Rozicki, Marion Bridge, John and Joe Rozicki, Sydney, and Marty Briggett, Boularderie.
Visitation will take place Sunday, Sept. 13 at the S.W. Chant & Son Funeral Home, 564 Alexandra St., Sydney, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 14 at the funeral home chapel with Fr. Frank Abbass presiding. Interment to follow in St. Mary’s Church Cemetery, East Bay.
