Hardy
The death occurred at the Toronto Western Hospital, Toronto, Ont., on Tuesday Nov. 30, 2010 of Beulah Pearl Hardy, beloved wife of the late Fred C. Hardy, formerly of Elmsdale and Montrose, P.E.I, aged 92 years. Born on Nov. 8, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Seymour and Laura (nee Haywood) Thompson. In 1963 Beulah and Fred moved the family to Toronto, Ont., where Beulah resided until her passing on Nov. 30, 2010. Lovingly remembered by her daughter Patricia (David) Rutherford of Toronto as well as a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Fred C. Hardy on April 2, 1970, son Wayne, daughter Sandra and by a brother Wallace A. Thompson. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at the Montrose United Church on Saturday, June 25, 2011, at 11 a.m. Rev. Sue Paterson officiating. Interment in the Montrose United Church Cemetery.
