ARSENEAULT, EDDIE - 1923-2011 - At his residence, Wednesday, June 22nd, 2011 at the age of 87, passed away Eddie Arseneault, husband of Jeanne D’Arc Leblanc, residing in Rogersville. Born September 7th, 1923 he was the son of late Willie Arseneault and late Christine Martin. As well as his wife, he his survive by six daughters: Monique (Keith) Ferguson of Michigan, Pierrette Morgan of Georgia, Lina (Antoine) Cormier of Rogersville, Angèle (Frank) Gandolfo of Michigan, Berta (Dave) Sapienza of Georgia and Christine (Scott) Gaynor of South Carolina; six sons: Guy (Marylyn) of Michigan, Jean-Claude (Noëlla) of Rogersville, Gérard (Dianne) of Oshawa, Ont., Roland (Penny), Roger (Kim) and Robert (Sharon) all three of Michigan; four sisters: Maclina (late Paul Boudreau), Bertha (late Léandre Finnigan), Olyda (late Albert LeBlanc), Laudianne (late Alphonse Gallant); three brothers: Guillaume (Alma), Edgar (Thérèse) and Eugène (Géraldine); one sister in law, Lorraine (late Ernest) Arseneault: 27 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one daughter Jocelyne (late Tom Witt); two sons in low age: Roland and Yves as well as one brother Ernest.
Family will be receiving relatives and friends this Friday from 2pm at the Salon ‘La Colombe’, 11325 highway 126 in Rogersville (lacolombe@bellaliant.com - 775-1999). The Funeral Service will be held at the St-Francois de Sales RC Church in Rogersville, on Saturday, June 25th, at 11am. Visiting hours: Friday from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm and Saturday from 9:30 am until the departure for the funeral. Donation to the Hart and Stroke foundation will be appreciate. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of La Colombe Funeral Cooperative, Tracadie-Sheila.
