HAYWARD, Jack – Age 72 years. Passed peacefully away at Health Sciences Centre on June 23, 2011. Predeceased by parents Allan and Carrie (Gaulton) Hayward. Leaving to mourn wife Blanche (Hicks); one son Otto; three daughters: Lynn (Jude), Susan (Stanley), Roxane (Tom); six grandchildren: Andrew, Stephanie, Sabrina, Toshia, Rachael, Tyler; one sister Ena (Bartlett) Hayward; eight brothers: Byron, Randy, Allison, Eric, Harold, Winston, predeceased Kevin and Boyd. At his wish cremation has taken place and he will be waked at Kittiwake Funeral Home in Musgrave Harbour on Saturday, June 25, 2011 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. with funeral services to be followed on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. at the United Church.
