Passed peacefully away on Sunday, June 26th, 2011 at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital. Catherine Mary Chafe age 73 years. Predeceased by her husband Douglas Chafe and brother–in– law Fred Chafe. Left with fond and loving memories her children Ann Chafe, Gary Chafe (Barb Stevenson) and Brian Chafe; grandchildren Alexis, Benjamin, and Ella; brothers Leo (Linda) who will not only miss a sister but also a good friend, Bob (Jane), Gerald (Marg), Billy (Marg), Eddie (Val); sisters Mary Lantos. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. No visitation. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, June 28th, 2011 at 10 a.m. from Caul’s Chapel. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
