LILLY, Barbara Edith (nee White) – R.N. Bachelor of Nursing, at the Granite Ridge Long Term Care Residence, Stittsville, Ontario, on Wednesday, June 15, 2011, at the age of 87. Daughter of the late Walter and the late Edith White (nee Knight). Beloved wife of the late Hugh D. Lilly. Loving mother of Michael (Nancy), Christopher (Brenda) and Anne Stewart (Dave). Cherished grandmother of eight grandchildren and one great-grand child. Lovingly remembered by her brother Arthur White ( Daphne nee Adams). Predeceased by sisters: Ann Puddester, Margaret Brittain, and Jean Scott and brother Ronald White. A Service in Memory was held in St. John's, Newfoundland at George Street United Church on July 2, 2011 at 3 pm.
