MORRISON, GLORIA - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gloria Morrison, who at 66 years of age went home to be with the Lord. She died peacefully with her children at her side, at the Saint John Regional Hospital on June 29, 2011. Gloria is survived by her children: Ronda Proctor (Bobby) of Waterford, Rona Kyle (Michael) of Berwick, Ronnie Morrison (Bobbie Jo Mitton) of Millbrook and Randy Morrison (Karen McMillan) of Sussex; her six grandchildren: Katie, Charlie, Marley, Hailey, Hudson and Ali; her sister, Verna Sands (Clyde) of Sussex Corner; her brother, Rob McMann (Lois) of Sussex; her stepmother, Inez McMann of Newcastle Creek; her mother-in-law, Vera Morrison; her brother-in-law, Murray Morrison both of Sussex; as well as her niece and two nephews. She is predeceased by her father and mother, Murray and Lois McMann; her brother, Earl and her father-in-law, Charlie Morrison.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm.
A Celebration of Gloria’s life will be held from the Sussex Wesleyan Church on Sunday, July 03, 2011 at 3:00 pm. The interment will take place at Creightonville Cemetery, Waterford, NB.
