JUDD, MARY-LOUISE - Mary-Louise Judd (nee Rudolph) died peacefully Saturday, June 25, 2011 at The Moncton Hospital with family by her side. Mary-Louise *Mary-Lou, as most called her* was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Family was always first. She was also a true friend to so many. She had a kind heart and a warm, beautiful smile. She was loved by all who knew her. She was an avid bridge player, she was an involved and faithful member of Saint James Anglican Church and its ACW group, a long-standing Boundary Creek Woman’s Institute member, and an enthusiastic gardener. She loved her flowers. She was an optimist and a strong, independent woman with a thirst for knowledge and word power. She loved her newspapers and loved to tease, especially her grandchildren. Mary-Louise will be sadly missed by her children, Ross (Carole) Judd, Bill (Lynn) Judd, Mary (Mike) Blain, Diane Dron, Carolyn Judd, and Jacki Judd Robinson, along with 18 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren all of whom she loved dearly. She also has one living brother, Jack Rudolph, and so many in-laws, nieces and nephews who will also miss her greatly.
Mary-Louise was pre-deceased by her parents John Henry and Myrtle Nellie (Morgan) Rudolph, her husband of 49 years Frederick Charles Judd, five of her six siblings and son-in-law Ben Robinson.
Visitation will be held at Fair Haven Funeral Home, 1177 Salisbury Rd, Moncton on Tuesday July 5, 2011 from 6 to 9pm. The funeral service will held be at Saint James Anglican Church, 101 Fairview Dr. (corner of St. George Blvd) Moncton, on Wednesday July 6, 2011 at 11am. Reception will follow in the church hall. The family would appreciate donations to Saint James Anglican Church, The Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice.
