Passed away suddenly at his home in St. Stephen’s, St. Mary’s Bay, on July 2, 2011, Gerard Stamp, aged 60 years. Predeceased by parents James & Madeline Stamp, brother Ben and brother-in-law Sam Peach. Leaving to mourn with fond memories sons Gerard (Marcia) and Keith and their mother Geraldine, daughter Kayla and her mother Annette, grandchildren Cali and Jared, brothers Reg (Idella) and Gus (Mary), sisters Theresa (Phil) Gibbons and Hilda Peach, sister-in-law Gloria and many nieces, nephews, relatives and wonderful friends, especially devoted caregivers Maureen, Maxine and Denise. Resting at Fr. Battcock Memorial Chapel, St. Vincent’s, on Monday, July 4, from 7 – 9 p.m., Tuesday, July 5, 2011, 2 – 4 p.m.; 7 – 9pm and Wednesday, July 6, beginning at 11am. Mass of Christian Burial to take place on Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Sacred Heart Church, St. Vincent’s. Burial to follow.
