Peacefully at the Glengarry Memorial Hospital in Alexandria, Ontario on Friday September 11, 2009 Suzanne Venters formerly of Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Waterloo, Quebec in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late William Venters, MBE. Dear sister of Barbara H. Ewing (widow of the late Major William Ewing) of Vankleek Hill, Ontario and Robert C. Howard and his wife Joan of Houston, Texas. Predeceased by her sister E. Valda Duncan. Survived by her brother-in-law Chalmers Duncan. Cherished aunt and great aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. A private family funeral service was held. Interment at Waterloo Cemetery, Waterloo, Quebec.
