Passed away suddenly at his home in St. Stephen’s, St. Mary’s Bay, on July 2, 2011, Gerard Stamp, aged 60 years. Predeceased by parents James & Madeline Stamp, brother Ben and brother-in-law Sam Peach. Leaving to mourn with fond memories sons: Gerard (Marcia) and Keith and their mother Geraldine; daughter Kayla and her mother Annette; grandchildren: Cali and Jared; brothers: Reg (Idella) and Gus (Mary); sisters: Theresa (Phil) Gibbons and Hilda Peach; sister-in-law Gloria and many nieces, nephews, relatives and wonderful friends, especially devoted caregivers: Maureen, Maxine and Denise (and also including Idella who provided him with constant care). Resting at Fr. Battcock Memorial Chapel, St. Vincent’s, on Monday, July 4, from 7 - 9 p.m., Tuesday, July 5, 2 - 4 p.m.; 7 - 9 p.m. and Wednesday, July 6, beginning at 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial to take place on Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Sacred Heart Church, St. Vincent’s.
