Amesbury, Judith Ellen (Judy)
Judy died peacefully in her sleep, 11 July 2011, with her family gathered around her. Born in Moose Jaw, Sask., 21 June 1944, she provided the joy of the first day of summer for the lives of her now deceased parents Louis and Florence Crawford. Since leaving Moose Jaw in 1970, with her husband Ken, and their sons Tim, Jim, and Ken, she has created homes for her family in many cities and towns of Nova Scotia, Ontario and California. She loved to make new friends through her work as a Legal Secretary and Office Administrator but her greatest love is for her grandchildren Hunter, Katy, Nathan, Gabriella and Alejandro. The love for her grandchildren is shared by Daughters-in-Law Linda and Laura.
In her memory the family would like to collect small anecdotes from her relatives, friends, colleagues and acquaintances; of events shared with her; at amesbury@sympatico.ca. In lieu of flowers and cards, Judy would hope that you make a donation in her memory to the War Amputees of Canada.
