Mabel MacDougall
We, the family of the late Mabel MacDougall wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to our many friends, relatives, neighbours and co-workers for the support and kindness they have shown to us during our recent bereavement. To those who brought food to our homes, called, sent flowers, memorial donations, sympathy cards and on-line condolences, we are truly grateful. We wish to thank Dr. Paul Murphy, the 4A Nursing staff, and the ladies from New Dawn, who sat with Mom around the clock during her brief stay in hospital. We would also like to thank the staff from Continuing Care and especially our neighbour, Evelyn Reid, for their care of Mom while at home. We extend a special thank you to the pallbearers, Calvin Eddy, Barry Hardy, John Whitty, Rob MacDougall, Ivan Doncaster, and Byron Best. To Kollin Weatherbee, Terry Nichols and staff at Sydney Memorial Chapel, and to Mike and Kathy Maroun and staff at Lotherington’s Flowers, thank you for your guidance and assistance. A sincere thank you to Rev. Glenn Kent for a beautiful service, to the organist and choir, and to the Church of Christ the King Ladies’ Auxiliary who provided refreshments. Your kindness and support will always be remembered.
