On July 11, 2011 our mother Elizabeth "Betty" Gillespie (née Peters) passed away at the age of 82 years.
Betty is survived by her three children Wayne (Leona), Nancy Towle-Tronson (Don), Glenn (Angee). Grandchildren: Loyde (Sonja), Christie, Twyla (Julian), Kimberly, Tonya (Anthony), Amanda (Nathan), Tamara , Evan, Jolee, Lindsay and Jacqualine. Great Grandchildren: Liam, Caitlin, Xavier, O-Ren, Natasha, Marketa, Lukas, Tristan, Alexander, Kendra and Jacob. Betty is survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as her sister-in-law Mary Peters-Ens
Our family would like to thank everyone who, with loving touch and care, helped us with our mother. Betty was loved and appreciated by many people in several walks of her life. Many of which looked up to Betty as a mother figure.
The Funeral will be held at Schoenings Funeral Chapel at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 with Pastor Tim Busse officiating. Those wishing to pay their respects by viewing may do so prior to service time.
Interment with follow at Hillside Cemetery, Kamloops. Refreshments following at 1184 Kamwood Place.
