It is with great sadness that the family of the late Caroline Freeman, age 82, of Norris Arm, announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor on Wednesday, September 15, 2009. Predeceased by husband Austin; parents: Samuel and Emily Compton; brother Henry. Leaving to mourn her step-sons: Frank, Ronald (Frances), Owen (Audrey); step-daughter Marilyn (Frank) Toffoli; 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and a large circle of family and friends. Funeral services took place at St. Luke's Anglican Church, Friday, September 18, 2009 with Rev. Randy Lockyer officiating. The interment followed at St Luke's Anglican Church Cemetery. Donations can be made in her memory to St. Luke's Anglican Church Cemetery Fund.
