The death occurred suddenly, after a brief illness, at St. Albert Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta on Saturday, April 30, 2011, of Patrick “Pat” Edward Walsh, formerly of Charlottetown, P.E.I., age 62 years. He will be lovingly remembered by son Graig (Erin) Walsh and his mother Barbara Spilchuk, brothers and sisters Paul “Ike” Walsh, Carol (Charles) Cirtwill, Eileen (the late John Joseph “Beaver”) Arsenault, Allison Walsh, and Debbie (Lionel) Belfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew, and friends. He was predeceased by baby daughter Jennifer Leigh Walsh, parents Josephine and Barry Walsh, sisters Frances and Beverly, brothers Donnie and Roland “Muck” Walsh. A memorial service will be held at Hennessey Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 2 p.m. Visiting hours from 12 p.m. until the time of the service.
