Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Saturday, July 16, 2011, Arthur Joseph Duff, age 59 years. Predeceased by his wife Janet (Brophy) in 1998, father Peter Duff and brother Harold Duff. Leaving to mourn three sons: James (Cindy), Peter (Jill) and Glen (Tanya); two daughters: Darlene (Michael) and Jessica; six grandchildren: Robert, Andrew, Bradley, Nicholas, Reegan and Jake; mother Rita Duff; two brothers: Gordon and Daniel; five sisters: Joan, Judy, Gladys, Karen and Cindy; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 1045 Topsail Road, Mt Pearl from 7-9 p.m. Sunday July 17th and on Monday July 18th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, July 19th, 2011 at 10:00 from Holy Family Parish, Paradise. Interment to follow in St. Thomas of Villa Nova Cemetery, Topsail. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Arthur’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
