LONGHOFER, Patricia (nee Howlett)– Passed away in Kansas on November 7, 2008. Patricia Longhofer, age 75 years, formerly of the Goulds. Predeceased by parents William and Ellen Howlett; brothers: Don and Max Howlett and sister Beth Chafe. Leaving to mourn her husband Jim; sons: John, Jeff and James (Brandee); daughter Patti Mersman; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, all of Kansas; three sisters: Mary Dinn (Vince - deceased), Marge Ward (Mike - deceased), Kay O’Leary (Dave - deceased); brother-in-law Dick Chafe; sisters-in-law: Gen and Elaine Howlett, and a number of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Mass took place in Kansas. Burial to take place at St. Kevin’s Cemetery, Goulds at a later date.
