HAMILTON, LINDA D. – It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Linda Dale Hamilton of Saint John, NB, occurred on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Bobby’s Hope House, Hospice Saint John. Born in Saint John on April 10, 1950 she was a daughter of the late Norman and Twila (Morris) Hamilton. Linda was employed with Key Industries for 20 years. She is survived by two sisters: Diane Wood (Rubin) of Saint John, NB and Jean Taylor of St. John’s, NL; one aunt, Audrey Davidson; special cousin, Rosemarie Whipple; three nieces: Lori, Juanita, and Diana; one nephew, Michael and several cousins. Besides her parents she was predeceased by brother-in-law, Maxwell Taylor. Linda will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Friday, July 22, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Our Lady of the Assumption Church on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 9:00 am. Interment will take place in Fernhill Cemetery.
