The death occurred at the Dr. John Gillis Memorial Lodge, Eldon on Friday, July 22, 2011, of Lorin Minter Drake of Vernon Bridge, age 88 years.
Beloved husband of Estelle (nee Lea). Dear father of Lynda (William) Sharpe, Marilyn (Allan) Pickett, Anne (Dennis) Munroe, Francis (Judy), Brent (Velvet) and Scott (Debbie) Drake. Loving grandfather of 17 grandchildren, great-grandfather of 12 and great-great-grandfather of one. Brother of Evelyn (predeceased), Perley (predeceased) and Donald (Molly) Drake. Brother-in-law of George Pulsifer, Joyce Drake and Dora Lea.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Tuesday from St. Andrew’s United Church, Vernon Bridge at 11 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
