GROSVOLD, Myrtle Kathleen — 87, of Windsor, Hants County, passed away peacefully, Friday, July 15, 2011 in the Windsor Elms Village, Falmouth. Born on December 19, 1923, she was a daughter of the late Herbert and Ella (Smith) Faulkner. Myrtle was a member of Christ Church Anglican, Windsor and was a past Noble Grand of the Rebekah Lodge. She is survived by her son, Boniface Darrell Grosvold, London, Ont.; daughter, Sheila (Eric) Graves, Aylesford Lake; grandchildren, Brock (Janice) Harrington, Indianapolis, Indiana; Holly (Mario Yanez) Harrington, Austin, Texas; Brook (Charity) Harrington; Lower Sackville; Cynthia (Jeff Cormier) Graves, Moncton, NB; great-grandchildren, Ava and Andrew Harrington, Indianapolis, Indiana; Olivia Yanez, Austin, Texas; Keller and Piper Harrington, Lower Sackville; sisters, Madge Sweet, Dartmouth; Doris Warner, Mahone Bay. Myrtle was predeceased by her husband, Leo Grosvold (2006); sister, Lillian Faulkner; brother, Earl Faulkner. Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to Lohnes-DeMont Funeral and Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., P.O. Box 981, Windsor, NS, B0N 2T0. There will be no visitation or funeral service at Myrtle’s request. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
