It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary Grace Green announce her passing on Tuesday, July 26th, 2011 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in her 83rd year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children, Jackie (Ches) White, Mike (Eileen) both of Deer Lake, Jocelyn (Mel) Gouthro of CBS, NL, Joseph (Theresa) of Moncton, NB, Irene (Ken) Rogers of Crooked Lake, NL, Paul of Moncton, NB, Robert (Dianne) of Lower Sackville, NS and Lisa (John) White of Sandy Point, NL, 17 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren. Two brothers John (Muriel) Simms of Corner Brook and Max (Betty) Simms of Birchy Head, Bonne Bay, NL. Her little dog Lady and also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Howard, four sons, granddaughter Diane and brother Hubert. Visitation will take place from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 Northmain Street Deer Lake today, Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday at 10:30 a.m. from the Immaculate Conception Church in Deer Lake with interment to follow at the family plot on Wights Road.
