Passed away unexpectedly, but with his family present at Carbonear General Hospital on Friday July 29, 2011, Bertram Harris of Victoria (formerly New Melbourne), age 80 years. Predeceased by his parents, brothers: William and Chesley and sister Beatrice. He will be remembered with love by his wife of 60 years Madeline; children: Paul (Tania), Alvin (Elaine), Kevin (Lillian) Debra (Jeff) and Glenn; sixteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; three sisters: Marjorie, Lucy and Alma (George). Resting at Green’s Funeral Home, Winterton. Visiting hours Sunday and Monday 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday 10 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, August 2 at 2:00 p.m. from Calvary Pentecostal Church, Hant’s Harbour. Interment in the Pentecostal Cemetery, New Melbourne.
