BROWN, JUSTIN MORRIS - Justin M. Brown of Greenhill Lake, NB passed away August 6, 2011 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Justin was born in 1939 at Millville, NB, a son of Doreen (Gill) Brown and the late Douglas Brown. Justin lived in Ontario where he was employed with GM for thirty-three years, returning to NB in 1991. Justin was an associate member of the RCL, Millville Branch # 59. He loved woodworking, making grandfather clocks and canoes. ‘Brown’s Barn’ was a gathering place for the local men where he was affectionately known as the ‘Mayor of Greenhill Lake’. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Jeanne (Poulton) Brown; his children, Naomi Iantomasi (Gerry) and their children, Natasha, Alyssa and Victoria, Bowmanville, ON, Brooks Brown (Andrea) and their children, Brooks and Nathan, Fergus, ON and Justin (Jud) Brown (Adrienne Ross), Bowmanville, ON; his mother Doreen of Millville, NB; his sisters, Carolyn Braun (Arden), Bette Jean Brown, both of Millville, NB, Carmen Lafontaine-Anderson (Doug), Vernon, BC, Daphne Musgrove, Kamloops, BC and Martha Brown (Phil Whiteside), St. Stephen, NB; his brothers, Paul Brown (Terrie), George Brown (Teresa), Billy Brown (Myrtle), all of Millville, Michael Brown (Susan), Newburg, NB, Percy Brown (Helen), Calgary, AB, Merlin Brown (Brenda), Riverview, NB, Dannie Brown (Judith), Sydney, NS and Chris Brown (Tracy), Fredericton, NB; a brother-in-law, Russell Henrichs, Waterloo, ON; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his father, Justin was predeceased by two sisters, Delma Brown and Cheryle Henrichs.
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 2 p.m. from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Allan Myshrall officiating. Interment at Hawkins Corner Cemetery. For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Justin, the family has suggested the Hawkins Corner Cemetery or a charity of the donor’s choice.
