BRYANT, MARTHA - Martha Bryant, of Wakefield, NB passed away at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville on Sunday, August 7, 2011, at the age of 83. Marta was known to many people as the flower lady of Wakefield. Marta is survived by two daughters, Marilyn Bryant, and Carol (Roland) McCarthy; three grandchildren, Emily McCarthy, Callum McCarthy, and Olivia McCarthy. Marta was pre-deceased by her husband, Edward Bryant, as well as her parents, Arnold and Marta (Aleksejevs) Smolinskis.
Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB, with visiting on Thursday, August 11, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. With respects to Marta's wishes, there will be no funeral service. Interment will take place at the Woodstock Rural Cemetery at a later date. www.scottfh.com
