It is with great sadness that the family of the late Clarence Miller of Port Saunders, announce his passing on Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2011, at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders, at the age of 66 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Joan; children Lorne (Lois), Stony Plain, Alberta, Kay (Jim) Everden, and Perry (Dwayne) of Grand Prairie, Alberta; grandchildren Niki, Leanne, Lorne (Robyn), and Jamie; sister Marie, Grand Bank; niece Viola; nephew Kevin (Cindy) Miller and a circle of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Oliver and Pearl, brother Leonard, and brother-in-law Noah. The family received friends at Good Tidings Pentecostal Church in Port Saunders on Sunday, from where the funeral service took place on Monday, Aug. 8 at 2 p.m. with Pastor George Coles officiating. Interment followed at Interfaith Cemetery, Sandy Cove. As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to the Kids Club at Good Tidings Church.
