Katherine MacLean passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009, at the age of 94.
For the last 20 years of her life, she was a resident of the Cove Guest Home. The staff is to be complimented on the friendship and care they bestowed upon Katherine.
Born in Sydney, she was the daughter of the late Malcolm and Mary (MacKeigan) MacLean and the last surviving member of her family.
Katherine was predeceased by sisters, Mae and Janet and brothers, Reid, Ralph and Rannie.
Her passing is mourned by numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and a private interment will follow.
