The death occurred at the Kings County Memorial Hospital on Thursday, October 1, 2009, of Stella Beatrice MacFarlane (nee Leeco) of Montague, age 72. Beloved wife of the late James MacFarlane. Loving mother of Howard (Evelyn), John (Linda) Daisy Compton, Jamie Leeco, Brenda (Harold) McCarthy and Steven MacFarlane. Survived by sisters Ethel (Ira) Flaglor, Carol Butler, Rhonda (Bernley) Shepard, Shelly Simmons, Kathy Graham and brother Lester (Sonny) Leeco. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by parents Lester and Marion (Acorn) Leeco, daughter Ethel McNeill, Sandra Wolf, brother Harvey Brehaut Leeco.
