CURRUTHERS - William Lyle of Swift Current, SK was born in Gull Lake, SK on August 15, 1938 and passed away peacefully at the Prairie Pioneer Lodge on August 4th, 2011. He was predeceased by his Mom and Dad, two brothers and one sister. He is survived by one son, Jay Curruthers of Swift Current, three sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Lyle was acknowledged by his reading with a mind full of knowledge, which he was always willing to share, and his long walks. Special thanks to April Belanger and Kim Johnson who were there for Lyle from the beginning of his journey in the nursing homes until the end. An extra big thank you to the nurses and staff at the Pioneer Lodge for taking such good care of him.
