Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on September 30, 2009, Violet Noseworthy in her 90th year. Predeceased by her husband Donald. Left with fond and loving memories, her brother Jim, his wife June and Jim’s daughter, Kimberley (Todd) and their son Ben; former sister-in-law Betty Hammond; special nieces Sandra, Barbara, Janet and Karen; nephew Eric and their families. Also leaving to mourn many other nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends, especially Hilda Janes, residents of the Caribou Legion Manor and the Ladies Auxiliary of Branch 36, Royal Canadian Legion, Mount Pearl. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, October 03, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. from St. Thomas’ Anglican Church.
