LeBLANC, JEANNE-ÉVA (GÉNÉVA) - 1928 - 2011 - Jeanne-Éva (Généva) LeBlanc, 83, passed away on Monday, August 15th, 2011, at Villa du Repos. Born in Lewisville, NB, on March 23, 1928, she was the daughter of the late John Belliveau and the late Annie Bastarache. She is survived by one sister, Geraldine (Henri) Surette of Dieppe. In addition she leaves many nieces and nephews who will dearly miss her. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Raymond in 2002; one sister, Lorraine (Willie) LeBlanc and also by three brothers: Yvon, Gérard and Alonzo.
Visitation will be held at the Chartersville Funeral Home, between 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 on Tuesday, August 16th 2011. The funeral mass will be celebrated at the Ste Thérèse Roman Catholic Church in Dieppe on Wednesday, August 17th, 2011 at 11 am. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery in Dieppe. In memory of Jeanne-Éva, donations to the Fonds de Bourses de Grande-Digue Inc. would be appreciated. Her niece, Phyllis LeBlanc wishes to thank the nursing staff at 3E and palliative care of Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont hospital and Dr. Antonin Savoie for the excellent care her aunt has received during her long stay at the hospital and is especially thankful to the staff at the Villa du Repos for the excellent care she also received there.
