NEILSON, WILDA - Wilda Neilson of Sisson Brook passed away at the Tobique Valley Manor on the evening of August 15, 2011. Born in Framingham, MA on March 7, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (Kearney) Fields. She leaves behind her husband of 61 years Neil Neilson; her sons Kevin Neilson (Joyce) of Lincoln, NB, Kyle Neilson (Kim) of Meriden, CT; her brother Ken Fields (Terry) of Portland, CT; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Vicki Neilson (Stephen Harrison); her infant son Eric Neilson; and her brother Vaughn Fields. Wilda was a member of the Sisson Brook Women's Institute.
Resting at the Tobique Chapel in Plaster Rock with visitation on Thursday 4 to 7 pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 19, 2011 at 2 pm from the Tobique Chapel. Rev. Aaron DeMerchant officiating. Interment will be in the Burntland Brook Cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the Burntland Brook Cemetery, the Sisson Brook Women's Institute, or to the Tobique Valley Manor would be appreciated by the family. Everybody is invited to a reception to be held at the Sisson Brook Women's Institute Hall following the service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock.
