FRENCH, Bert Calvin – Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, August 18, 2011. Mr. Bert Calvin French of Country Road, Bay Roberts, aged 87 years. Predeceased by parents Isaac and Naomi French (nee Kelligrew), wife Elizabeth Olive French (nee Dwyer), sister Ethel French, brothers Roy (Ida), Allan (Eunice), Clarence (Katie). Leaving to mourn daughters: Christine (Melvin) Andrews, Karen (Joseph) Sullivan; sons: Calvin (Patsy), Eric, Boyd (Margaret); grandchildren: Larissa, Tyler, Jeff, Olivia, Lauren. As per Mr. French’s request, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral service. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Grace United Cemetery, Coley’s Point.
