ATKINS, A. MARIE - The death of Marie Atkins, wife of the late Guy M. Atkins, occurred on August 21, 2011 at the Carleton Kirk Lodge. Born in Saint John on May 23, 1916, she was the daughter of the late John Walter and Beulah M.(Outhouse) Parker. Marie is survived by her grandchildren as well as her extended family and friends. Marie was also predeceased by her sons Norman and Frederick; and her siblings Arthur Parker and Evelyn Drew.
A private family service will be held with an interment at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at the Carleton Kirk Lodge for the care and compassion shown to Marie during her stay.
