Hazel Mildred Stover (Moerkerk) of Moose Jaw, formerly of Mortlach, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Sunday October 4, 2009 at the age of 92. Hazel is predeceased by her first husband Barney Moerkerk in 1978, as well as five sisters and six brothers. Hazel will be sadly missed by her husband, Don Stover; her children: Gayle (Rod) Craven, Garry (Barb) Moerkerk; Don’s children: Laura (Wayne) Lomenda, Rita (Pam) Stover, Laurie (Margaret) Stover; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be held at W.J.Jones & Son Chapel on Wednesday October 7, 2009 at 1:30 pm. Reverend David Moore will officiate. Interment will take place at Rosedale Cemetery.
