Veteran of the Second World War. Retired Minister of Murray Harbour North, Peters Road, Caledonia, and Murray Harbour Pastoral Charge.
Husband of the late Norma (Dalziel). Dear father of Kim Currie, Stratford, and J. Rodd (Ann), Murray Harbour North. Loving grandfather of Derek Clarey (Danielle Brehaut) and Max Currie and great-grandfather of Sophie Rae Clarey. Also survived by sisters, Jean Bell, Charlottetown and Marjorie Simpson, Saskatchewan.
Predeceased by infant son, James Gordon, brothers and sisters, Mary Nicholson, Fraser, Bruce, Martin, Allister, Evelyn Goss, Beth Gardiner and Catherine.
Resting at Ferguson’s Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment in the Murray Harbour North Cemetery. Visitation: Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
