It is with great sadness that the family of the late Alice White announce her passing on Monday, August 22nd, 2011 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in her 87th year. She will be sadly missed by her loving family Jessie Pardy, Lorraine (Dean) Billy Upwards, Ford (Liz), Doris Maloney (Fred McLean), Ren (Debbie), Marion (Jim) McGill, Bruce (Barb) and Rodney. 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Her sisters Cindy and Mary, brother Bob (Myrtle), brother-in-law Ensell and sister-in-law Dulcie. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Alex and son Ricky, sisters Marge, Daisy and Frances and son-in-law Stanley Pardy. Visitation will take place from the Salvation Army Church in Trout River Wednesday and Thursday from where the funeral service will take place on Friday at 2:00 p.m. with Major Patey officiating. Interment to follow at the family plot. Flowers or donations to the Salvation Army Corp in Trout River would greatly be accepted.
