We, the family of the late A. Christine (Chris) Brown wish to express
our sincere thanks and appreciation for the support given to us during
our recent bereavement. Special thanks to the nursing staff of the
Glace Bay Hospital for the care Chris received the past year along with
family Physician Dr. Ley , Ann & Lynn; Dr. Dodd and Dr. Rose MacKay .
Special thanks to Heather Macdonald-Osler for her Friday visits & to her
life-long friend Martha MacVicar for visiting with Chris while in Glace
Bay. To all who phoned, sent memorials, sympathy cards and e-mails and
to our friends who brought food to our home, we are deeply grateful.
Thank you to Rev. Ritchie Robinson for the touching service, organist
Stephanie Doyle and to Vina Johnson & the staff of Patten Funeral Home
for their kindness and professionalism. To each and everyone who
supported us through Chris’ illness and subsequent passing, we thank
you from the bottom of our hearts.
